When your ip being blocked, you may restart your internet to get new ip and to access your Control Panel.
Hit forget password at Control panel page https://103.249.84.5/login.php , system will Email to your registered email the step and get new password via email.
If you do not have correct login password, please do not try to do it as more then many times as possible. Once you have used the incorrect login details your IP gets blocked.
